In 2011, driven by a mission to create a harmonious and future-ready academic ecosystem, Dr. Phani Pavan Sastry founded The eAbhyas Academy. Mr. B. Sai Rama Krishna
An MCA graduate from Vignan University and a proud member of a family of educators, Mr. Sai Rama Krishna
has been a key pillar of The eAbhyas Academy since 2018. As CEO for Andhra Pradesh, he works in close
coordination with Associate School Directors and faculty across the state.
His mission is to ensure personalized care, consistent academic support, and smooth institutional transitions for every partner school. He strongly believes that exceptional service is the foundation of long-term success.

Mr. B. Manikanta
A B.Tech graduate from JNTU, Mr. Manikanta has been heading Telangana operations of The eAbhyas Academy
since 2017. He is responsible for overall administration, service implementation, and strategic expansion.
Known for his passion and commitment to academic empowerment, he builds strong, trust-based relationships with Associate Schools and ensures that each partner institution receives dedicated, on-ground support.

Mr. Punna Rao – A postgraduate from Nagarjuna University with over 30 years of rich academic experience. Known for his subject mastery and student-centric pedagogy, he has served both schools and colleges with distinction.
Mrs. Sarvani, M.Sc (Gold Medalist) – A veteran educator with 20+ years in corporate colleges. She specializes in objective-based content creation and contributes significantly to the Mathematics department.
Mr. Murthy – A senior Physics lecturer with over 32 years of experience in corporate education. He has been a foundational figure at eAbhyas since 2011, leading curriculum design and faculty training.
Mr. Mohan – A seasoned JEE faculty member, supporting the Physics team since 2015. He brings depth and ensures age-appropriate, concept-rich content for various levels.
Smt. Kavitha – With a Master’s degree from Kakatiya University and over 20 years of diverse teaching experience, she develops tailored assignments and assessments that align with school-specific curricula.
Smt. Sowmya – A postgraduate in Organic Chemistry with a background in corporate teaching and counseling, she has been contributing to Chemistry content development since 2019.
Shri. Kishore, M.Sc., B.Ed. – A well-respected NEET Foundation content developer, he has been associated with eAbhyas since 2014.
Smt. Sri Pratyusha, M.Sc., Ph.D. – With over 20 years of passionate teaching experience, she regularly updates biology content to meet evolving NEET standards.
Smt. Chandra Kala, M.Tech (JNTU-Kakinada) – A dynamic academician, she has been leading the Mental Ability curriculum since 2022 with a focus on logic-based innovation.
Smt. Rama Devi, M.Sc (Mathematics, ANU) – Known for her academic rigor, she plays a pivotal role in developing Global Olympiad content, in collaboration with Mrs. Keerthi, a longtime contributor and curriculum leader.
Mrs. Aparna, M.Sc (Gold Medalist) Andhra University – Oversees all academic operations with extensive experience in both the school and college sectors. She has been an integral part of the Academy since 2012.
Mrs. Keerthi, B.Tech – Leads the Global Olympiad Curriculum and manages technical operations. With her resilient and detail-oriented approach, she has been a core driving force of the Academy’s growth since 2012.
